1. Return Policy

Return Window & Conditions

  • Return Period: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Packaging Requirements: All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must be intact
  • Quality Issues: Defective or damaged products can be returned immediately upon delivery

  • All packaging products (bags, containers, boxes) in original condition
  • Bulk orders with quality defects or incorrect specifications
  • Products received damaged during shipping
  • Wrong products delivered due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom printed or branded packaging products
  • Products that have been used or contaminated
  • Items returned after the 3-day return window
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear

2. Refund Policy

Refund Process & Timeline

All approved refunds under our refund policy will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • UPI/Digital Wallets: 1-2 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 5-7 business days

Refund Amount Calculation

  • Full Refund: For defective products, wrong items, or our shipping errors
  • Partial Refund: For partially damaged bulk orders (prorated based on usable quantity)
  • Shipping Charges: Refunded only if return is due to our error
  • Processing Fees: Payment gateway charges may be deducted as per RBI guidelines

Refund for Business Customers

Business customers with subscription plans receive priority refund processing. GST invoices will be adjusted accordingly for business transactions.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange Process & Timeline

All approved exchanges of damaged products will be completed within 15 days from the date of exchange request.

  • Size/Quantity Exchange: Available for most products within 3 days
  • Damaged Product Exchange: Immediate exchange for manufacturing defects
  • Upgrade Exchange: Pay the difference for higher specifications
  • Free Exchange: For products damaged during shipping

Exchange Conditions

  • Original product must be in unused, resalable condition
  • Exchange value difference (if any) must be paid during exchange
  • Custom products cannot be exchanged unless defective
  • Bulk orders require quality inspection before exchange approval

  • Extended return window of 7 days for bulk orders above ₹50,000

Festival & Sale Purchases

  • Sale items follow standard return policy unless marked “Final Sale”
  • Festival special products have extended 5-day return window
  • Bundle deals can be partially returned with prorated refunds
